OBITUARY: Ofori Amponsah loses dad

The death is reported of the dad of highlife singer Ofori Amponsah in the early hours of Monday, January 30. He was aged 94.

The news was confirmed by Ayisha Modi, wife of the crooner in a post via Facebook.com:

Circumstances surrounding the death of Ojam Ofori still remain  unknown, but an official family statement detailing what led to his death is expected soon.
